Oversized & Freight Items
Our larger outdoor power equipment — riding mowers, lawn tractors and other heavy machines — ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service. These orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What to expect on delivery day:
The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery window before arriving
Delivery is curbside. The driver unloads to your driveway or curb and cannot carry boxes into your yard, garage or home
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
Please arrange help, or a plan to move the boxes, ahead of your delivery window
Please Inspect Before Signing
Take a moment to check your delivery before the driver leaves — it protects your claim.
Check every box for visible damage before signing
If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment
If damage is not noted at delivery, the freight carrier will not accept a claim, which makes it much harder for us to resolve the issue quickly for you.
Warehouse Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Fremont, California (USA).
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email us at Support@kinebago.com with your name and order number and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, with free return collection and no restocking fees. Items must be new or in like-new condition, unassembled or fully disassembled, and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
