When will I receive my items? +
Most in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days, then arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where is my order? +
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page, or in your account under My Orders. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email us and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum, no oversized surcharge, and no handling fees at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
What is the order cut-off time? +
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT (UTC −8) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Do large items like riding mowers require freight shipping? +
Yes. Larger, heavier equipment such as riding mowers and lawn tractors ships by freight carrier rather than standard parcel. The carrier will call to arrange a delivery window, and delivery is curbside — please plan to have help on hand to move the item.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order? +
No — we don’t support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place a separate order for each address.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All prices are in USD.
Do you offer financing or payment plans? +
Financing options may be available at checkout through our payment providers, depending on your eligibility. Any available plans will be shown as a payment option during checkout.
Can I cancel my order? +
Yes. Before your order ships, contact us and we’ll cancel it at no cost for a full refund. After it ships, the shipment can’t be stopped in transit — simply refuse the delivery and we’ll issue a full refund once it comes back to us.
Can I modify my order after placing it? +
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify it.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways using SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it? +
Contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to change the destination, so please double-check your address at checkout.
What happens if my order is returned to sender? +
If a package is returned to us — for example, due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery — we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund.
What is your return policy? +
You can return most items within 90 days of delivery, with free return collection and no restocking fees. Items must be new or in like-new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping? +
We do. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — and for change-of-mind returns — we cover return shipping on all approved returns at no charge to you. We never charge restocking fees.
How long does a refund take? +
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours of arrival), your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit.
How do I exchange an item? +
Contact us with your order number and let us know what you’d like instead. We’ll arrange collection of the original item and send your replacement — free of charge on approved requests.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged? +
Inspect your delivery before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment, take photos, and email us within 48 hours at Support@kinebago.com. We’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item? +
Email us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. For missing or damaged parts, we ship free replacements. For a wrong item or damage we can’t fix with parts, we arrange free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Do you offer assembly services? +
We don’t currently offer in-home assembly. Most of our equipment arrives mostly assembled and includes the tools and instructions needed to finish setup, which usually takes just a few minutes.
Do products come with assembly instructions? +
Yes. Every product that requires setup includes clear step-by-step assembly instructions and any necessary tools in the box.
Do your products come with a warranty? +
Yes. All Kinebago power equipment includes the original manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length varies by product and is listed on each product page.
What does the warranty cover? +
Depending on the manufacturer, warranties typically cover manufacturing defects, defective parts, and mechanical or electrical failures in normal residential use. They generally do not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage after delivery.
How do I make a warranty claim? +
Contact us at Support@kinebago.com with your order number, the name used for purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. Our team will help you submit the claim to the manufacturer.
Do you sell replacement parts? +
In many cases, yes — and if a part is covered under warranty, the manufacturer often ships it to you free of charge. Contact us with your product details and we’ll help you get the right part.
Your website isn’t loading. What should I do? +
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or opening the site in a different browser. If the problem continues, email us at Support@kinebago.com and we’ll look into it.
I keep getting an error message. What should I do? +
Note the error message and, if possible, take a screenshot, then email it to Support@kinebago.com along with what you were trying to do. We’ll help you resolve it as quickly as we can.
